2000 to 2003 I worked for the United Nations Centre from Regional Development
(UNCRD), Nagoya, Japan. I came to the Centre as a trainer and gradually
moved into the Computer Operations Office before making my final transfer
to Human Security (HS). In HS I setup the Center's ICT e-network and specialized

1, I just returned from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology were
I was a panelist at a workshop on Global ICT Education. The session I
participated in was on rural connectivity and telecenters. In addition

My
new career as taken me to Washington D.C. where I am working for KMI as
an ICT consultant for the World Bank. I recently completed my first project,
which was an Engendering ICT Toolkit. The two current projects are: the
Judicial Infrastructure Development Project in Venezuela http://www.tsj.gov.ve
and the E-Learning Financial Literacy Toolkit for WBI (World Bank Institute).

For the past year and a half, I've been working for the World Bank's Poverty
Reduction and Economic Management (PREM) Public
Sector Governance and Gender
units; as well as, the World Bank Institute (WBI) Evaluation,
Knowledge
for Development, and Poverty
and Growth units. I am currently working for the World Bank Institute
Global Program (WBIGP), Governance
